We had our V-day dinner a day early. I think that was so much nicer. No pressure to be romantic. We just went to Joey's Only and we didn't dress up. The resturant was almost empty so we got lots of attention. The food was great, we got two dishes but shared them. I got the ribs and shrimp combo and my husband got the seaside platter. Both were really tasty, we are so stuffed we didn't have room for dessert.

Tonight we are just going to have a normal supper,(deer steak, rice and veggies) and maybe take a bubble bath (we have a 2person soaker tub) So ya simple v-day nothing major. Even if I wanted to do more I'm sorta on a bed rest sorta thing. I am not allowed to use my right hand/arm. The doctor gave me a list of stuff I'm not allowed to do. Dishes,laundry, driving, walking dog etc. are just some of the things on the list. He said to put a sling if I have problems not using it. My wrist should have healed already but it hasen't. If it is not better by monday I going to be sent to a specialist.

So ya I wish you all a happy valentine's day! Like we discussed at the school we desided that the focus on v-day should be on friendship not on boyfriends/ girlfriends, or the lack of. If you don't consider your loved one a friend then it is not love. Bed buddies are not there when you need them but friends are always there for you.
